Mr. Girish Dhakan is the Founder & Managing Director of Manashree Fincare, bringing over 17 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. He began his professional journey in 2009 and served as Branch Manager & South Gujarat Head at a leading insurance broking firm for more than a decade, where he gained extensive expertise in business leadership, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.
Following the remarkable success of Manashree Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Dhakan founded Manashree Fincare Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to provide comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions, including Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, AIF, SIF, ETFs, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.

Mr. Shiv Patel is the Founder & Managing Director of Manashree Fincare, with over 14 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industry. He began his professional journey in 2012 with Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, where he built a strong foundation in insurance operations, customer service, and business development. He further strengthened his expertise through five years of experience with a leading general insurance broking firm.
Building on the strong foundation and success of Manashree Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Patel founded Manashree Fincare Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to expand into wealth management and investment services. His mission is to make quality investment solutions more accessible by offering a comprehensive range of services, including Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, AIF, SIF, ETFs, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
